Meet Ms. Talina Bechara! Talina is a dedicated master’s student in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from St Mary’s University, bringing a rich and unique perspective to her practice. Her Lebanese heritage and fluency in English, Arabic, and Spanish enable her to connect deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a truly inclusive and supportive environment.
With a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Music, Talina blends creativity and empathy into her therapeutic approach. She employs innovative techniques, including music, to help clients articulate their emotions and explore their inner experiences in meaningful ways.
Talina’s passions include working with children, adolescents, and young adults, but she also enjoys working with people of all ages and walks of life. She offers empathetic support to clients as they navigate life’s challenges, focusing on nurturing personal growth, building resilience, and developing effective coping strategies.
